1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing the MatchMind Analytics web platform, Live Logic Engine, or War Room terminal, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

2. Service Description (Game of Skill) MatchMind Analytics is a B2B data-processing IT firm. We provide statistical variance telemetry and historical data visualization. Our services are strictly intended for educational research, sports analytics, and Fantasy Sports (legally classified as a Game of Skill in India).

3. Anti-Gambling Policy We are not a bookmaker, casino, or gambling platform. We do not host, accept, or facilitate real-money wagers. Any user found utilizing our proprietary data to operate illegal bookmaking syndicates or violate local gaming laws will have their access immediately terminated without refund.

4. Intellectual Property The MatchMind AI terminal, Live Logic Engine algorithms, UI designs, and raw telemetry streams are the exclusive intellectual property of MatchMind Analytics. Unauthorized web-scraping, recording, or reselling of our data is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability Our predictive telemetry is provided "as is" and relies on historical variance. We do not guarantee future sporting outcomes. MatchMind Analytics, its founders, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any financial losses, fantasy sports outcomes, or damages resulting from the use or misinterpretation of our data.
