1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using MatchMind Analytics, including the MatchMind website, MatchMind AI platform, sports analytics tools, dashboards, digital products, beta products, creator-support assets, or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the platform.
These Terms apply to all users, visitors, account holders, subscribers, creators, beta users, and any person who accesses or uses MatchMind Analytics.
2. Service Description
MatchMind Analytics is a sports analytics, statistical modeling, and informational sports intelligence platform.
The platform is designed to help users understand sports match context, including match-state analysis, pressure movement, control shifts, phase conditions, verified match events, player-role signals, batter impact, bowler pressure, route structure, and next-over pressure conditions.
MatchMind Analytics is provided for informational, educational, analytical, and content-support purposes only.
MatchMind Analytics does not provide instructions, certainty, guaranteed outcomes, financial recommendations, betting guidance, gambling guidance, fantasy-result guarantees, or real-money gaming services.
3. Product Scope
MatchMind Analytics may provide sports analysis tools, dashboards, match-pressure reads, team-structure reads, player-role signals, matrix story outputs, live pressure analysis, creator-support tools, visual cards, captions, watermarked assets, or other informational sports intelligence features.
The platform may operate across cricket and may expand into other sports or analytical products in the future.
All outputs shown on the platform are analytical interpretations based on available data, platform models, sports context, and third-party data sources where applicable.
Platform outputs should not be treated as certainty, instruction, advice, or a promise of any sports outcome.
4. No Prediction, Betting, Gambling, Odds, or Guaranteed Outcomes
MatchMind Analytics is not a prediction app, betting platform, bookmaker, casino, gambling service, online money gaming service, fantasy sports operator, fantasy promise service, or odds provider.
We do not provide:
Betting advice
Gambling advice
Odds
Sure-shot claims
Fixed-match claims
Guaranteed outcomes
Financial advice
Profit promises
Fantasy-result guarantees
Real-money gaming services
Instructions to place bets or wagers
Advice to join paid fantasy contests
Any assurance that a match, player, team, fantasy team, or sports outcome will behave in a particular way
Any match-pressure reads, control signals, phase analysis, route structure, player-role signals, team-structure outputs, or informational sports analytics shown on the platform are analytical interpretations only.
Users must not treat MatchMind Analytics outputs as certainty, instruction, betting guidance, gambling guidance, financial guidance, or fantasy-result advice.
5. No Online Money Gaming or Wagering Facilitation
MatchMind Analytics does not host, operate, promote, facilitate, process, support, or enable online money games, betting, wagering, gambling, casino activity, odds activity, or real-money gaming activity.
Users must not use MatchMind Analytics to:
Conduct betting or gambling activity
Promote betting or gambling activity
Facilitate real-money gaming
Create misleading betting-related content
Claim odds advantage
Claim guaranteed fantasy results
Claim fixed outcomes
Encourage unlawful wagering
Misrepresent MatchMind Analytics as a betting, gambling, odds, or fantasy-win tool
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe the platform is being used in a manner that creates legal, technical, financial, reputational, regulatory, or operational risk.
6. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for how they interpret and use information displayed on MatchMind Analytics.
You agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and only for informational sports analysis, sports understanding, content-support, education, research, or lawful analytical purposes.
You agree not to use the platform for:
Illegal betting
Illegal gambling
Online money gaming
Fraud
Misleading public claims
Unauthorized resale
Abusive automation
Scraping
Reverse engineering
Platform cloning
Misuse of platform outputs
Violation of applicable laws
Violation of third-party rights
Any conduct that may damage MatchMind Analytics, its users, partners, infrastructure, reputation, or legal position
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of MatchMind Analytics complies with the laws applicable to you.
7. Age Requirement
MatchMind Analytics is intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
If you are under 18, you must not access, register for, purchase, or use MatchMind Analytics.
8. Digital Access, Beta Access, and Subscriptions
MatchMind Analytics may offer free previews, beta access, match passes, subscription passes, creator-support features, digital access products, or other platform access options.
Access features, pricing, duration, availability, product scope, and functionality may vary by plan, event, match, sport, region, launch phase, or beta phase.
We may modify, pause, upgrade, restrict, discontinue, or remove any part of the platform at any time, especially during beta testing, maintenance, third-party API interruptions, live match delays, abandoned matches, technical issues, security issues, or operational changes.
Access to one product, feature, match, tool, or beta version does not guarantee continued access to future products, features, matches, tools, or versions.
9. Payments
Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways or other approved payment methods.
We do not store full card numbers, UPI PINs, CVV numbers, net banking passwords, or sensitive payment credentials on our own servers.
All payments are subject to the terms, processing rules, verification requirements, security checks, and compliance obligations of the relevant payment provider.
A payment may fail, remain pending, be reversed, or require verification due to payment gateway rules, banking network issues, fraud checks, user error, or other third-party processing reasons.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Because MatchMind Analytics provides digital access products, certain purchases may be non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by applicable law or where a verified duplicate payment, technical billing error, or payment-processing error has occurred.
Dissatisfaction with a sports result, match result, fantasy result, player performance, team performance, personal interpretation, or outcome after viewing platform information does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Users should review the relevant access details, product description, price, duration, and refund terms before making a purchase.
11. Data Sources and Availability
MatchMind Analytics may rely on third-party sports data providers, APIs, hosting infrastructure, database systems, payment gateways, analytics tools, and other service providers.
Live sports data may be delayed, unavailable, incomplete, inaccurate, revised, corrected, interrupted, or suspended due to:
Third-party feed limitations
Internet issues
API outages
Hosting outages
Maintenance
Match delays
Rain delays
Abandoned matches
Scorecard corrections
Human scoring corrections
Technical errors
Data-provider restrictions
External events outside our control
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, real-time availability, complete data coverage, or error-free operation for every match, event, player, team, sport, or product.
12. Analytical Outputs and Accuracy
MatchMind Analytics outputs are generated for informational and analytical purposes.
Sports are uncertain, dynamic, and affected by many variables that may not be fully available to any analytics platform.
Our platform may display signals, reads, pressure conditions, role structures, route structures, control shifts, match-state analysis, or other analytical outputs. These outputs are not guarantees, instructions, or promises.
We do not guarantee that any platform output will match the final result of any match, player performance, fantasy result, user decision, or external outcome.
Users should independently assess any information before relying on it for personal, content, research, or analytical purposes.
13. Third-Party Services
To operate MatchMind Analytics, we may use third-party services for hosting, authentication, databases, payments, analytics, email delivery, security, error logging, content delivery, and platform performance.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, security practices, and operational rules.
We are not responsible for third-party outages, errors, delays, fees, data restrictions, policy changes, or service interruptions outside our reasonable control.
14. Account Security
If the platform provides account access, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account access.
You agree not to share, sell, transfer, rent, or misuse your account access.
You must notify us if you suspect unauthorized access, account compromise, or misuse.
We may suspend or restrict accounts if we detect suspicious activity, unauthorized sharing, abusive automation, security risk, or violation of these Terms.
15. Intellectual Property
All MatchMind Analytics branding, names, logos, UI designs, dashboards, product flows, analytical logic, visual assets, copy, layouts, software components, models, reports, platform outputs, and product experiences are owned by or licensed to MatchMind Analytics.
Users may not copy, scrape, reproduce, resell, redistribute, record, clone, reverse engineer, publicly mirror, commercially exploit, or create derivative products from any part of the platform without written permission.
Access to the platform does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to users.
16. Creator-Support Assets and Shareable Content
MatchMind Analytics may provide creator-support features, shareable assets, watermarked cards, captions, visual summaries, analysis cards, or other content-support tools where offered.
Creators and users are responsible for how they publish, caption, edit, distribute, and present any content generated using MatchMind Analytics.
Creator-support assets must not be used to claim:
Guaranteed outcomes
Betting certainty
Odds advantage
Fixed results
Sure-shot results
Fantasy-result guarantees
Misleading sports claims
Illegal or harmful claims
MatchMind Analytics may remove, restrict, or suspend access to creator-support features if assets are used in a misleading, unlawful, harmful, abusive, or brand-damaging manner.
17. User-Generated Content and Public Sharing
If users submit, upload, publish, share, or distribute content through or based on MatchMind Analytics, users remain responsible for that content.
You agree not to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, infringing, deceptive, harmful, discriminatory, or in violation of third-party rights.
You must not present MatchMind Analytics outputs as guaranteed outcomes, betting recommendations, gambling recommendations, financial advice, fantasy-result guarantees, or official statements from any sports team, league, player, broadcaster, or governing body.
18. No Official Affiliation
Unless expressly stated in writing, MatchMind Analytics is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any cricket board, sports league, team, franchise, player, broadcaster, fantasy sports operator, betting operator, data provider, or tournament organizer.
Names of teams, players, competitions, or events may be used for identification, informational, analytical, or descriptive purposes only.
All third-party names, marks, and references belong to their respective owners.
19. Privacy and Data Protection
Use of MatchMind Analytics is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and handle personal information.
By using the platform, you acknowledge that your information may be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
20. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate user access if we believe that a user has:
Violated these Terms
Misused the platform
Attempted unauthorized resale
Scraped or cloned the platform
Used abusive automation
Attempted reverse engineering
Shared access unlawfully
Created security risk
Created legal or regulatory risk
Used the platform for betting, gambling, online money gaming, or misleading claims
Violated third-party rights
Harmed or attempted to harm MatchMind Analytics, its users, infrastructure, or reputation
We may also suspend, restrict, or terminate access due to maintenance, discontinuation, beta changes, payment issues, security concerns, legal requirements, or third-party service limitations.
21. Beta Disclaimer
MatchMind Analytics may operate in beta during launch phases.
Beta products, features, models, dashboards, tools, or outputs may change, break, be removed, display incomplete data, show limited coverage, or behave unexpectedly.
Users understand that beta access is experimental and may not always operate as intended.
Beta access does not guarantee future availability, pricing, functionality, or continued access.
22. Platform Changes
We may update, modify, improve, remove, rename, restrict, or discontinue any part of MatchMind Analytics at any time.
This includes changes to product names, dashboards, features, data sources, access plans, pricing, user interface, analytical models, supported sports, supported matches, beta features, and creator-support tools.
We are not required to maintain any specific feature, interface, data source, match coverage, or product version permanently.
23. Limitation of Liability
MatchMind Analytics is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MatchMind Analytics, its founder, operators, affiliates, contractors, employees, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or other damages arising from:
Use of or inability to use the platform
Reliance on match-pressure analysis, control signals, player-role signals, team-structure outputs, or other analytical outputs
Live data delays, errors, outages, corrections, or inaccuracies
User decisions made after viewing platform information
Third-party service interruptions
Payment gateway issues
Internet failures
Unauthorized access outside our reasonable control
Misuse of the platform by users
Beta feature errors
Loss of data, revenue, profits, reputation, opportunity, or business goodwill
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.
24. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MatchMind Analytics, its founder, operators, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
Your use or misuse of the platform
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of applicable law
Your violation of third-party rights
Your public sharing or misuse of platform outputs
Your misleading claims based on platform information
Your use of MatchMind Analytics for betting, gambling, online money gaming, unlawful activity, or unauthorized commercial exploitation
25. Force Majeure
MatchMind Analytics shall not be responsible for delay, failure, interruption, or inability to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, legal restrictions, internet failures, hosting failures, API outages, cyber incidents, payment network failures, sports event cancellations, match delays, strikes, war, civil unrest, or other force majeure events.
26. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection, data protection, and other statutory rights.
Any disputes shall be handled according to applicable law and the lawful jurisdiction available under Indian law.
27. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date where applicable.
Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with updated Terms, you should stop using the platform.
