MATCHMIND ANALYTICS - REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Digital Product Nature
MatchMind Analytics provides digital access to sports analytics tools, match-pressure intelligence, Matrix Story Builder features, Live Pressure Engine features, match-state analysis, digital reports, beta previews, and related online services.
Because these services are delivered digitally and may be accessed, viewed, or consumed immediately after activation, refunds are limited as described in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
2. Match Passes, Event Access, and Digital Products
Where paid access is offered, payments for match passes, event passes, beta access, digital reports, analytical dashboards, or other digital access products are generally non-refundable once access has been activated, delivered, opened, used, or made available to the user.
This is because MatchMind Analytics provides time-sensitive digital sports-analysis content and online analytical access that may lose value once delivered or consumed.
3. Free Beta and Preview Access
If a MatchMind Analytics product, beta, preview, or feature is offered free of charge, no refund will apply because no payment has been collected for that access.
Free beta features, preview tools, demo journeys, and experimental product access may be changed, paused, limited, removed, or discontinued without creating any refund obligation.
4. No Guaranteed Outcomes
MatchMind Analytics provides informational sports analytics only.
We do not provide betting advice, gambling services, odds, fantasy-result guarantees, financial advice, profit promises, or guaranteed sports outcomes.
A user’s dissatisfaction with a match result, sports outcome, fantasy result, player performance, match event, or personal interpretation of platform information does not qualify for a refund.
5. Technical Access Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to a purchased product, please contact us at Support@matchmindai.in with your registered email address, payment reference, product purchased, and issue details.
After reviewing the issue, MatchMind Analytics may, at its discretion, provide one or more of the following:
access restoration
an alternate access link
an access extension
a replacement pass
a refund, only where appropriate and verified
A refund will not automatically apply where the issue is caused by user-side device problems, internet connectivity issues, browser restrictions, unsupported devices, incorrect login details, third-party outages outside our reasonable control, or failure to provide the details required to verify the issue.
6. Duplicate Payments and Billing Errors
If you are charged twice for the same product due to a verified payment gateway error, technical billing error, or duplicate transaction, MatchMind Analytics will review the issue and arrange reversal or refund of the duplicate charge where applicable.
Refund processing timelines depend on the payment gateway, payment method, issuing bank, and applicable banking systems. Approved refunds may take approximately 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on the payment provider and bank.
7. Match Delays, Cancellations, Data Delays, and Third-Party Interruptions
MatchMind Analytics may rely on sports data, third-party data feeds, public match information, cloud infrastructure, payment gateways, hosting providers, and other external services.
Match delays, abandoned matches, cancelled matches, rain interruptions, delayed data feeds, API interruptions, score-feed issues, third-party technical failures, or changes in match availability do not automatically qualify for a refund.
Where appropriate, MatchMind Analytics may choose to provide access restoration, replacement access, extension of access, or another reasonable remedy at its discretion.
8. Subscription Cancellations
If recurring subscriptions are introduced in the future, users may cancel future renewals through the account dashboard, payment provider flow, or by contacting Support@matchmindai.in.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current active billing cycle unless required by applicable law or approved by MatchMind Analytics.
Access may continue until the end of the active billing period unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
9. Beta Access Disclaimer
During beta launch phases, some features may be experimental, modified, delayed, unavailable, incomplete, limited, or changed without notice.
Beta limitations, feature changes, feed delays, API interruptions, product experiments, interface changes, data-source changes, match cancellations, abandoned matches, or third-party service issues do not automatically qualify for a refund.
10. Refund Review Process
To request a refund review, users must contact MatchMind Analytics within a reasonable time after the issue occurs and provide sufficient information for verification.

screenshots or supporting details, where available
Incomplete requests may take longer to review.
11. Abuse, Misuse, and Policy Violations
MatchMind Analytics may deny refunds where there is evidence of misuse, abuse, repeated refund requests after access consumption, violation of platform terms, unauthorized sharing of access, attempted fraud, chargeback misuse, or use of the service in a manner inconsistent with our Terms & Conditions.
12. Applicable Legal Rights
Nothing in this Refund & Cancellation Policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Where a refund, reversal, or remedy is legally required, MatchMind Analytics will comply with applicable legal requirements.
